Who is Boutique Noir: Sandra D. Cimino and her husband, Joseph, established the Original Boutique Noir, INC in 2012. Sandra came from long history in the fashion industry, with experience in clothing, visuals, footwear and eyewear. With over 15 years working in a corporate environment, Sandra set out to start her first online boutique at the end of 2011. After months of research and developing, BoutiqueNoirNY.com was born. What started in their home office grew into what it is today.
Boutique Noir is the destination for all your modern-vintage needs. From timeless retro pieces from brands like Stop Staring! & Unique Vintage, to glammed-up tops and bottoms from Wow Couture, Boutique Noir has something for just about anyone! Our boutique features an array of styles for any size, and we even offer a special shopping service to our customers who want to pre-order and special order dresses in colors and specific sizes (particular brands). We love to exceed in customer service and go above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is exceptional!
How much is shipping and handling?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International fees and taxes may apply.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
On average, we ship within 1-5 Business Days, or unless otherwise noted. We will email you if shipping times will be longer then normal.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders $75.00 or more ship FREE in the United States. Orders less then $75, or otherwise specified, will be calculated based on weight, but are typically $7.00 (subject to change at anytime). International Orders are charged by weight. We are not responsible for any additional duties or fees for shipping internationally. If items ship first class, we are not responsible for delivery of this purchase.
Please note: Once the package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. Once the package is delivered, on your doorstep or if signed for, the package is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten goods. Should this occur, please note it will be the buyers responsibility to discuss postal service a plan of action. We do not offer refunds for these mishaps at this time.
How do I return or exchange something?
To sum it up, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Otherwise the buyer pays for return shipping
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How Do I Track My Order?
We provide our customers with detailed emails in regards to their shipment(s). From the minute we process your order, create a shipping label and send it on its way, you are kept in the loop on the where your package is. Just click the link provided in your email, and stay connected!
How Do I Know If My Order Is Complete?
You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased, estimated ship date and final cost.

Clothing is measure from side seam to side seam, pulled tight. Please consider the fabric content of each item, as fabric containing stretch may provide additional inches.
Measure the fullest part of your bust and make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably.
Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably around the narrowest part of your waist.
Place the measuring tape below your waist and above your thigh. Make sure the tape fits comfortably around your body.
Measure from top of shoulder straight down to end.

Sometimes, like most internet companies, a glitch may occur. Simply email email@example.com and provide your order number, as well as the promo code that is trying to be used, and we will adjust the order amount (if applicable). Please note coupon codes typically can only be used once and require sign in for tracking.

Unfortunately, due to high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow price adjustments.

If you are a vendor, media, blogger etc, and would like to contact our owner, please kindly send an email to SALES@shopboutiquenoir.com. We ask that you provide your name, a phone number, an email, and a detailed email in regards to your request. Our sales team will forward the information on to the owner's assistant who will provide the email to our owner. All line sheets, perspective cliental, etc may contact our sales team as they will be better able to assit you.
