We are the Original Boutique Noir, established in 2014.

Boutique Noir specializes in apparel for the modern bombshell! Based out of New York, Boutique Noir ais curated by owner Sandra D and her team. In business for more then 5 years, Boutique Noir provides customers with apparel that provides street style with a bombshell and fashionable edge. 

Boutique Noir will be introducing new brands and a house brand in the coming years. Currently, brands featured are favorites of celebrities, magazines and television.

FAQ

How much is shipping and handling?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International fees and taxes may apply. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders $75.00 or more ship FREE in the United States. Orders less then $75, or otherwise specified, will be calculated based on weight, but are typically $7.00 (subject to change at anytime). International Orders are charged by weight. We are not responsible for any additional duties or fees for shipping internationally. If items ship first class, we are not responsible for delivery of this purchase.

Please note: Once the package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. Once the package is delivered, on your doorstep or if signed for, the package is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten goods. Should this occur, please note it will be the buyers responsibility to discuss postal service a plan of action. We do not offer refunds for these mishaps at this time.

How do I return or exchange something?

Here is the long version of our Return/Exchange Policy. To sum it up, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Otherwise the buyer pays for return shipping 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Detailed Long Version

Our return/exchange policy is valid 30 days from date of purchase. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange past the 30 day mark. Certain items have a 15% restocking fee, and this is mentioned to you prior to purchasing. This fee will not be waived under any circumstance. Items Marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the Return/Exchange tag in place. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; Intimates, tights, socks, cosmetics, hair accessories, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and hats. Additional non-returnable items; Gift cards, some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise told. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): When a restocking fee is mentioned, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This may take to appear on your credit card statement; please be aware.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@shopboutiquenoir.com.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded the full amount, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded the full amount and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How Do I Track My Order?

We provide our customers with detailed emails in regards to their shipment(s). From the minute we process your order, create a shipping label and send it on its way, you are kept in the loop on the where your package is. Just click the link provided in your email, and stay connected!

How Do I Know If My Order Is Complete?

You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased, estimated ship date and final cost.

Measuring Tips
Clothing is measure from side seam to side seam, pulled tight. Please consider the fabric content of each item, as fabric containing stretch may provide additional inches.
Bust
Measure the fullest part of your bust and make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably.
Waist
Make sure the measuring tape fits comfortably around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips
Place the measuring tape below your waist and above your thigh. Make sure the tape fits comfortably around your body.
Length
Measure from top of shoulder straight down to end.

My Promo Code Isn't Working... Can You Help?

Sometimes, like most internet companies, a glitch may occur. Simply email customerservice@boutiquenoir.com and provide your order number, as well as the promo code that is trying to be used, and we will adjust the order amount (if applicable). Please note coupon codes typically can only be used once and require sign in for tracking. 

How do I know if my information is secure?

We use a verified SSL to secure your checkout provided by shopify. You will notice upon checking out, our web address begins with "https", which means it is encrypted using SSL technology before it's sent over the Internet.You may view our privacy statement and terms of agreement for more information.

Something I purchased is now on sale... can I receive a credit?

Unfortunately, due to high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow price adjustments.

If you are a vendor, media, blogger etc, and would like to contact our owner, please kindly send an email to SALES@shopboutiquenoir.com.  We ask that you provide your name, a phone number, an email, and a detailed email in regards to your request. Our sales team will forward the information on to the owner's assistant who will provide the email to our owner. All line sheets, perspective cliental, etc may contact our sales team as they will be better able to assit you.
